shut down EVA SAN from CLI

From SSSU version 6.x and above, this is possible.

The equivalent of hitting the "Power Down" button in Command View EVA, through SSSU is:

shutdown "<controller string>" all_peers

This will shutdown both controllers and then remove power to all the disk shelves.
